Option 2: Just Do It For Me, Please
If you’re tired of sending out press releases and never hearing back from a reporter, let me take that task – and that stress – off your plate and show you how to get your news where it belongs, in front of your target audience.
PRESS RELEASE
Most reporters get about 50 story pitches every week, but they only publish five to seven stories. Let’s increase your chances of getting your news noticed with an attention-grabbing press release.
Here’s what I’ll do:
- Write up to 700 words, formatted in AP Style and following best practices of mainstream media outlets
- Write a headline designed to get a reporter’s attention
- One round of edits/changes

PITCH EMAILS & CUSTOMIZED MEDIA OUTLET LIST
Even with the best press release, you have to send it to the right outlet and the right reporter at the right time. If you’re not sure where to send your release, I can help.
This package includes:
- A customized email pitch with notes on how to tailor it for multiple reporters
- A curated list of up to 10 media outlets targeted to your press release
- Tips on how and when to send the release so that it gets noticed

BUILD MY MEDIA KIT
Someone, somewhere told you that you need a media kit because you need a handy all-in-one guide to your work to send to interested reporters or investors. Only you’re not sure what actually goes in a media kit. I got you. I can build a customized digital media kit that includes:
